Q. The system keeps logging me out?
A. This is because your cookies are expired or not working correctly. You will need to clear your browser cookies and log in again.
Q. Incorrect password?
A. Username and passwords are usually case sensitive. Be sure you are using all small letters. In case you have forgotten your password click here and the system will email your password to you.
Q. How to create my profile?
A. On the home page of usaloving.com click on join now or register. You will then continue and make your profile.
Q. Deleting my profile?
A. On the profile page click my account. There will be a link to delete your account.
Q. Editing your profile (username, password, photo and email address.)?
A. Just go to “my profile” on the home page and click on the link. It will bring you to your profile and there will be a link to “edit profile” and another link to “edit your photo.”
Q. Contacting Other Members?
A. Register, make a profile and then browse through the profiles, with the aid of the search box. When you find a few promising ones use our email system to contact them.
Q. How safe is online dating?
A. Online dating can be as safe as any other type of dating if you follow a few safety tips. When it is time for you to actually meet a person; you should try to bring a friend, make sure that you leave a contact number with friends or family and arrange the meeting in a public place.
Q. I want to stay anonymous?
A. At usaloving.com we ensure that your information stays private by replacing your email address with your username and forward the email to your recipient. In this way nobody knows your email address. As further precautions try to be sure that you do not send personal information in your response. Turn off all auto signatures and auto responders when replying to another member and do not CC: or forward email to yourself when replying to an email from your own email system.
Q. Was my message received?
A. You can check this by going to your profile and clicking “inbox.” You will see all messages that have been sent to you. For quick reference you can check “new messages.”
You can also check “sent messages.” It will tell you what day your email was sent out.
Q. I am not receiving any responses?
A. Check your profile and edit according to profile guidelines. Make sure that your profile is viable.
Be sure you are following the email guidelines. Check your sent messages to be sure that the emails were received by the recipients.
There may not be anyone in your area. You can do an advanced search to find people in your area, or be patient as we get new members everyday.
Q. Blocking messages?
A. You can use the block option inside any email that is sent to you.
